Return policy

We do not accept returns on patch cables, unless package remains unopened.

We have a 30% restocking fee for change of mind returns, and all postage costs would be borne by the returnee.

We do have a 7 day peace of mind guarantee, that if the item does not work as described, no restocking fee would apply.

We do not charge GST.
